# Terms of Service

This is a working draft of our terms of service, published for transparency while Structure Your Life is in early development. It will be reviewed and finalized before general availability, and is not yet a binding legal agreement.

By using Structure Your Life, you agree to use it fairly, and you keep ownership of the content you create.

## Using the service

You may use Structure Your Life to organize your personal life and work. You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to break, overload, or gain unauthorized access to it, or using it to break the law or infringe others' rights.

## Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for the activity that happens under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

## Your content

- You own the content you create — your pillars, goals, projects, tasks, notes, and everything else.
- You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, sync, back up, and display that content back to you, so we can operate the service.
- You're responsible for the content you put into the service and for having the right to use it.

## Availability and changes

Structure Your Life is under active development. Features may change, and the service may occasionally be unavailable. We'll aim to give notice of significant changes, but we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability.

## The service is provided “as is”

While the product is in early development, it is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Keep your own copies of anything important — export is always available.

## Ending your use

You can stop using Structure Your Life and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end access for accounts that misuse the service or violate these terms.

## Governing law

Structure Your Life is operated from Canada, and these terms are governed by the laws applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. As a working draft, the specific governing province and courts will be confirmed before general availability.

## Changes to these terms

As the product develops, these terms will change. When they do, we'll update this page and, for material changes, notify account holders.
